On Tuesday 13th March I travelled to London to see Bob signing his pawprint at the launch of his book. What greeted me was a sea of people old and young alike waiting to meet James and Bob.

They had sold out of the book in the first 20 mins and so I decided to go into the store and see what was happening. Reuters were filming the proceedings and Bob was being regally fed little treats!! A real buzz and I will be buying the book online from amazon.com!!

It is a real story of how one man and his cat found hope on the streets and highlights that things can get better no matter how hard life becomes.

The main thing I got from being with them last night was the sense of community in such a busy part of London. This was because I spoke to many people who see Bob and James on a regular basis and wanted to show their support and love of them.

Louise and Julie (Partners in ChangesForever) had an amazing time at the Women Unlimited Conference. The day was jam packed FULL of marvellously inspirational women who shared their stories and inspired us.

It was special to catch up with the lovely T Sandeman Charles, who spoke at our Changes Forever Kick Start Conference last year. T spoke about Save 5 and over 100 delegates on the day signed up as potential doners, taking her closer to her target of 10,000 before she dies of incurable lung disease – check out her website from our links page within Changes Forver recommends and please TAKE ACTION (it takes a couple of minutes of your life that could save 5 lives)

We took away knowledge tips and inspiration that we can apply to all areas of our life, however mostly our business. Of course our business is inspiring our members to be the best they can be in their world and YOU were at the foremost of our minds while we were making connections and learning new things. After all as YOU grow so does your Life, Career or business… Simple!

In 1998 my life changed forever when I met Julie and John Roberts in a networking business within Dorling Kindersley Family learning. Julie held many of the team meetings at their beautiful property in Shropshire and during these I caught sight of her bookcase. It was jam packed full of books (one of my main loves). Drawn to Susan’s unusual title I asked if I could borrow it. Reading the book CHANGED MY LIFE FOREVER and I would seriously recommend anyone to read this as it challenges you to realise that even things we fear will give us an experience that we will learn and grow from.

This book first appeared in my life when I had no hair and I was drawn to it as my married name was Hay. It seemed to be talking to me personally. However the negative voice in my head was very strong at that time so I didn’t buy it. A few years later, when I was divorced and back in Northern Ireland, I was a reflexology case study for a friend and it was part of their recommended reading. She bought me a copy for Christmas and with her encouragement, I started to read and use it daily. This book really did get to me. It really unlocked and opened up my life to a new phase. Use it daily, it’s invaluable!

This is just such a lovely book to read whether you’re a foodie or not. Your mouth just waters and the descriptions of the different regions of Italy and the food produced there always  make me wish I lived there just so I could buy, make and eat all the lovely food! I loved the Cyrano de Bergerac style story

Life changing rating **********10

This is a little book of poems. I first heard ‘please believe these words’ read at my best friend’s son’s funeral and I had to find out who wrote it.  I then read it years later to my children at their father’s funeral as it really said everything they needed to hear at the time. Richard has a way of really capturing the emotion and makes sense of life’s mysteries. I use this book all the time to quote from in my work and life. It is a must read book.
